A sneak peek on my overall roles at GreenFaith include;● Developing, maintaining, and overseeing effective operational and financial policies, systems and procedures for the GreenFaith Africa office, contextualizing global GreenFaith policies and procedures.● Oversee the procurement, contracting, logistical and administrative functions ensuring value, efficiency, and alignment of GreenFaith Africa efforts in these areas with global GreenFaith policies.● Provide effective supervision for direct reports and foster strong relationships with and between GreenFaith Africa staff and volunteers, and external partners, supporting a positive organizational culture.● Foster strong working relationships with and maintain close collaboration between the Africa regional office, the global operations team, and other regional offices as needed, encouraging and contributing to cross-regional learning in operations.

Office Administration:• Ensure robust administration systems are established and maintained for the office.• Manage and renew office lease agreements for all Options Kenya offices.• Oversee the acquisition of capital items including.• Manage Options Kenya relationship with a designated IT support provider.• Coordinate any other necessary administrative and office management details • Develop and implement administrative protocols that complies with Donor and Options internal• regulations and standards.Procurement & Supply Chain Management:• Guide staff as required on creating clear and understandable Purchase Requests and other procurement related documentation.• Ensures that the required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed to Options Kenya standards.• Working with the Financial & Administrative Controller, analyze all quotes received from the Administration Assistant and for approval.• Develop a database of preferred suppliers in line with Options’ Procurement Policy. • Facilitate Procurement Committee meetingsSecurity Management:• Security Focal Person for Options Kenya office and • Providing overall oversight of security management in Options Kenya and working closely with the incident Management Team.Fleet & Travel Management:• Oversee general management of Options Kenya vehicles in co-operation with the Financial & Administrative Controller.Asset Management:• Ensure compliance with Options Kenya Procurement Manual for asset management policies and procedures.• Ensure maintenance of proper inventory of all equipment and fittings belonging to Options Kenya. People Management and Capacity Development• Line manages the administration assistants, programme driver and logistics assistants by providingdirection and support, liaise closely with other programme staff to build a collaborative admin teamculture, building staff capacity where feasible.

Roles;  Community Based rehabilitation- outreach programme to identify persons with Disability within Turkana County. Admission and referrals of identified Pwd’s to the centre and other special institutions. Pre-surgical preparations of Pwd’s; club foot, cleft palate, fused fingers, hydro-cephalous, post burns, fractures and amputations etc. Post surgical nursing care, physical therapy, advice and counselling. Manufacture/purchase of appropriate Orthopaedic appliances to patients followed by discharge after complete rehabilitation Awareness creation, trainings and sensitization workshops to schools, NGO’s, and communities
