For the last 15 years, in the second phase of my professional life, I have been working and living across The Netherlands, Central Europe, USA and The Balkans. I feel privileged for having had the opportunities to work as an (interim) executive and advisor in various industries and nonprofit in the face of changing market dynamics. 𝗜 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝗲𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.Now, having relocated to The Netherlands to stay here for a longer period, I have started the Nyenrode non-executive board course (commissarissencyclus) with an expected completion in March 2025. I am currently engaged in trusted advisory in CEE and The Netherlands. And I recently started two board memberships, one in the field of (executive) search in the public and nonprofit domains, and one in the field of funeral and cremation services. My business acumen and mindset is tailored to (international) midsized business, founder led and family business, and social enterprise. My experience also ties in with fundraising, organizational development and business model advisory roles in nonprofit. I work both in, and internationally from the The Netherlands.
