As Vice President, Robert Demetrio is responsible for the overall success of All Renovation Construction general contracting operation. Robert joined All Renovation Construction in 2007, as a former NYC Union Laborer Robert developed a deep knowledge of the construction industry and all business functions over the course of his career. He oversees all facets of the general contracting operation, including project management, estimating and field management. Robert maintains relationships with All Renovation Construction’s clients and works with our project teams to ensure the successful completion of all projects.Robert's career highlights include overseeing the interior carpentry of Institutional project Camba Gardens II; a 284,000 sq ft residential development with 293 units of affordable and supportive housing. This project is one of the first affordable housing deals financed under New York City's Mayor Bill de Blasio’s Housing: Five-Borough, 10-Year Housing Plan.Robert holds a CM certificate of Construction Manager from PACE University. He has also completed the New York City Department of Buildings 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User and OSHA 10-Hour Industry Outreach training courses.
