During a successful ten-year career in political campaign management, Rob held progressively senior positions -- from Field Organizer to Campaign Manager -- on various federal, state, and local campaigns. His work included three mayoral campaigns, a statewide coordinated campaign, a congressional campaign, and three presidential campaigns. He has nine years of experience in building, managing, and supervising teams, having led teams as large as 100 full-time professionals. He built and managed budgets in excess of $1 million, and led the successful fundraising campaigns to meet those budget needs. He built working relationships with candidates, elected officials, and C-level executives. Rob designed and executed large-scale marketing efforts that included television advertising, direct mail, large crowd events, and person-to-person direct contact. He is well-versed in the social science research related to direct campaign contact, and regularly applied it to his work.
