Employs a Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) approach using industry standard frameworks such as DODAF, FEA and TOGAF to analyze gaps, define requirements and design solutions throughout the acquisition lifecycle. Captures leadership’s vision in strategic plans, operational business cases and roadmaps translating them into clear and consistent direction. Reviews operational environments ensuring security compliance with NISPOM and FISMA security standards.
