Responsible for planning, managing, directing, coordinating and controlling the overall operation of the SNF. Responsible for the overall daily operations of multiple Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF). Supervise and govern all facility programs including nursing, therapy, home care, and day programs. Responsible for ensuring all departments within the ICF are operating within the state and federal guidelines. Develop and implement policy and procedures within the facilities. Participates in program budgetary fiscal planning and monitors expenditures and revenues. Chair Human Rights meetings/Individual Service Plan meetings. Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the Active Treatment Program for each individual client.

Responsible for the implementation of service and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities in accordance with their Individual Service Plans (ISP). Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through quality assurance activities and collaboration with regulatory entities.Responsible for coordinating all clinical services including Individual Service Plans (ISP’s), scheduling, training and supervision of Residential/Program Coordinators.
