Overall authority for the financial management of the company, working for and with the President. Cash management, fixed asset management, budgeting, forecasting, A/P, A/R, inventory control, payroll, bank reconciliations, GL, monthly, quarterly and year end close process, financial statements, coordination with outside CPA firm, ensure compliance with all tax and industry laws, rules and regulations. Additionally, liaise with bank, monitor purchase process, manage insurance programs risk management controls, administer 401(k) plan and other employee benefit programs and maintain all legal files regarding contracts and corporate records.
