HSBC Commercial Banking The Business Banking Relationship Manager role is situated within HSBC's core business area. I am responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of approximately 80 existing commercial relationships, across the Isle of Wight and Hampshire, who have a turnover range of between £1 million and £7.5 million. In addition, I am responsible for the acquisition of new Commercial clients and providing a high-quality service to show why HSBC Bank PLC is the Bank of Choice.For 150 years we have been where the growth is, connecting customers to opportunities. To support the Dorset Commercial Centre by providing a commercial financial planning service to both new and existing customers by identifying customer needs, and where appropriate, recommending products and services to meet those needs, with particular emphasis on assisting in tax planning through the efficient use of pension products, risk annalysis, protection and investment products available through the bank’s UK branch network. Recently I have become particularly involved in providing commercial clients with information relating to the changes in pension contribution limits and the newly announced NEST which starts in 2012 and will make staff pensions compulsory.
