I have extensive experience in many fields, including radar, sonar, inertial and satellite navigation, microwave communications and mobile resource management. I am well-versed in complex electro-mechanical, optical and pneumatic systems, used in control and robotic systems. I have worked with Windows, OSX, Linux and Solaris operating systems.My software skills enhance my hardware abilities. I create Visual Basic tools to configure, test and manage hardware systems using serial and USB communications. I manage remote hardware using toos I designed, using TCP, UDP and SMS, pulling data from Oracle databases. I have strong documentation and training skills. I have trained postgraduate students in analog and digital hardware design, microprocessor design and assembly language programming.
