(Contract)Supervised and assisted in accomplishing warranty work ahead of schedule on production flight surfaces for 7X Dassault Falcon Jet's. Coordinated working schedule and progress reports between customer, employer and contractors from 3 different countries.

(Contract)Supervised crews of up to 40 mechanics and 4 leads for 2 shifts in the maintenance and repair of MD80,737,767 AND DC9 Aircraft. Worked with purchasing, engineers,management, work controllers and business owner to lay the ground work for this new venture of maintenance and repair for the company which is still using our foundation today..
