As account manager in publshing services I oversaw internal publishing needs for the Family History Department of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints including overseeing and managing broadcasts and publishing for RootsTech, a global Family History conference as well as overseeing publishing and translation needs for FamilySearch.org.

Salt Lake City

As the Social Media Advisor for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I oversaw all HQ and international social media including user management of all social media publishing tools. As a program manager in PSD I have worked with Correlation, The Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Self-Reliance Services/PEF and Auditing to meet there publishing needs. With Correlation I have managed the creation of a new global style guide. With Self-Reliance Services I have managed the creation and release of their new curriculum that is now impacting wards and stakes globally.

Fairchild Semiconductor, Salt Lake

• Site Manager for the Boise ID office and primary applications engineer and contact for Micron• Collaborated with R&D engineering and customer’s R&D to develop new process tools and improve existing ones.• Project manager for several tool installations, and on site tool evaluations.• Mentored and developed other applications engineers.Select Accomplishments at Negevtech Inc.:- Helped secure several tool purchases through head to head comparisons to competitor tools. Comparisons on 3 generations of tools winning multiple tool purchases at several sites. Comparisons were done on devices from sub 70nm to sub 40nm FLASH and DRAM Parts.- Maintained extensive recipe needs for main customer.- Used extensively for tool demos to do both the recipe creation and evaluation, and for consultation. Initial demos on Negevtech’s latest tool resulted in initial tool betas at 2 sites that then led to multiple tool orders.- Aided marketing in developing marketing material. Created Application notes and marketing material used to win interest in the tool with new customers.

ATMEL Corporation, Colorado Springs, CO - Jan. 2003 - Nov. 2005BiCMOS and Custom ASIC Yield Engineer:- Product manager of 5 BiCMOS/custom ASIC product lines.- Oversaw processing, testing, CPK reporting and yields.- Integrated new products into the fab.- Maintained yields by working with all engineering departments.Select Accomplishments at ATMEL Corp.:- Drove yield issues to root causes, coordinating efforts with Process, Product, and Design Engineering—proposing, testing, and implementing solutions; where necessary evaluating solutions in coordination with Quality Assurance. - Improved E-test product CPK values on all managed products lines (% of parameters with a CPK greater than 1.67).- Spearheaded the transfer of a 1um BiCMOS part from an acquired Fab creating initial yields of 93%. - Drove process improvements on a 3Volt/5Volt 0.6um ASIC product line improving yields on all parts 5-10% over 1 year.
