It’s extremely gratifying to watch the growth of a player (physically, but more importantly mentally) on and off the field. Being a great coach is like being a great sales leader. I teach my teams the importance of preparation, focus, compassion, constructive criticism and follow through.My passion for music led me down the path of becoming an on-air personality in Atlanta in the late 90’s. I recognized that interviewing phenomenal people would translate into the business world.
