Including highly complex CRM integration with multifaceted bespoke web services coupled with multiple multi-million pound payment services. The project was delivered on time (time critical) and on budget and has been widely acclaimed. A first of it’s kind. The Institute of Fundraising – http://www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk Following a rebranding exercise, The Institute of Fundraising (IoF) online application and CRM Integration project scooped the top honour in the ‘Website of the Year’ category at the 2012 MemCom Awards. Since its launch in January the new website has become a fundraising hub that provides insight, research, resources and best practice guidelines to support fundraisers or those who have fundraising responsibilities. The project reported a 206% increase in page views and threefold rise in Twitter followers.

Responsible for specification writing, wireframes, project planning, budget reports and developer and designer management.KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTSCut Your Carbon – Award winning East of England Development Agency funded project highlighting carbon footprinting within the community, encouraging communities to get involved in the cut your carbon campaign. EEDA offered grants of £5000 to £200,000 for selected projects put forward by participating communities. The total success of the project allowed the community footprinting tool to be rolled out nationally to the Energy Saving Trust and is underpinned by the AMEE carbon calculation engine as used by the UK governments Act on CO2 campaign.Carbon Detectives – http://www.carbondetectiveseurope.org/ The European wide Carbon Detectives programme included liaison with 10 European partner Countries, promoting carbon awareness and footprinting among European schools. The online application and all its tools have been developed with support from the European Commission through its Intelligent Energy Europe programme. Carbon Detectives Europe is currently operating in: UK, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, Ireland, Germany, Slovakia, Romania and Lithuania.The programme is supported in the UK by the Department for Education and the Department for Energy & Climate Change. I attended collaborative working group meetings held in Hungary and Bulgaria.
