Over 150 pages of Eventbrite’s website were converted in a 8-week period.• Transition our checkout flow to use a new architecture (Embedded checkout): drove the execution of the initial implementation during an 8-week cycle using 15 teams.• Drove the planning and execution of a new Tiered pricing model that resulted in an increased of $30M of revenue in 1 quarter.Develop and drove the software capitalization processes (Capex) and tools to collect and submit the necessary information to Finance on a quarterly basis. This process resulted in lower reported expenses and therefore higher net income, up to $2M/qtr. It also brought down the internal audit time from 3-5 days to 1 hr per quarter.Developed and evolved the necessary processes and tools to plan, execute and track our teams’ sprint and cycle planning. This included configuring and maintaining Jira and Confluence.
