Drove initial transformation from a Project- to a Product-oriented Data organization; helped set up cross-functional teams to coordinate, prioritize, and plan data strategic initiatives. Learned how to configure Azure Dev- OPS (ADO) and subsequently set up all the Data teams to have a consolidated backlog for managing different deliverables. Configured Aha! to sync with Azure DevOPS to bring together strategic roadmaps, planning, tracking and delivery of 11 different teams in July 2020 that grew to 23 teams by the start of 2021. Drove program planning and execution involving 5 data teams, 1 core application team and 1 JLL business team.

Drove cross-functional teams to coordinate, prioritize, and plan the implementation and delivery of key product features and business productivity solutions. • Led the technical migration plan of the Ticketfly migration; delivered a migration plan within 3 weeks involving >15 teams, and >50 projects and drove the execution in the following 9 months; drove management to make difficult resources and prioritization decisions to pause some of the existing roadmap to minimize the migration time and impact to customers.• Worked with a leadership team to determine yearly priorities, strategies and goals and help track progress.• Led the design of an execution strategy for transforming the Eventbrite payout system into a highly efficient and scalable organization-level payout management solution that would have retained over 60M$/yr in revenue.• Improved roadmap processes and tracking by customizing and integrating ALMWorks Structure for Jira and continued scaling and maintaining other program management tools and processes (Jira, Confluence, Capex).

Introduced Agile/Scrum practices to 3 large engineering teams (15-25 people per teams) and help transformed them into a more agile and efficient 10 teams structure. As the organization grew from 10 teams to more than 50 teams, created and drove adoption of an 8-week cycle planning to coordinate all product and engineering activities in service of the business goals.Drove the following programs as the lead Program Manager:• Internet Satellite web support - Participated in the selection and deployment of Eventbrite satellite based internet to support a key customer event management in remote locations.• Repeating Event Support - drove the planning and execution of the repeating events feature working with the lead engineer, product manager and designer on the project.• Convert website to be mobile friendly - planned and drove execution involving all the engineering teams with daily scrum of scrum across our 3 development sites. Over 150 pages of Eventbrite’s website were converted in a 8-week period.• Transition our checkout flow to use a new architecture (Embedded checkout): drove the execution of the initial implementation during an 8-week cycle using 15 teams.• Drove the planning and execution of a new Tiered pricing model that resulted in an increased of $30M of revenue in 1 quarter.Develop and drove the software capitalization processes (Capex) and tools to collect and submit the necessary information to Finance on a quarterly basis. This process resulted in lower reported expenses and therefore higher net income, up to $2M/qtr. It also brought down the internal audit time from 3-5 days to 1 hr per quarter.Developed and evolved the necessary processes and tools to plan, execute and track our teams’ sprint and cycle planning. This included configuring and maintaining Jira and Confluence. Also created custom scripts to extract data from Jira and created dashboard in google sheets to provide visibility on teams and programs.

As part of the webOS Tools group, responsible for the creation, maintenance and release of the 3rd party Palm webOS SDK installers for Mac, Windows and Linux. The installers are a combination of development tools, documentation, samples and emulators.Interface between the tools group and the QA organization; managed the relationship with our external QA vendor.

As part of the initial Palm webOS engineering group, helped define Palm's first next-generation SDK. Within the tools group, created the first Beta developer portal based on Atlassian Confluence (wiki) and first set of documentation using a custom and efficient internal-to-external publication workflow.

As Palm expanded in the Windows Mobile market with the Palm Treo and announced the Palm Foleo, a Linux based netbook type device, grew the DTS group to support 3 different OS's (Palm OS, Windows Mobile and Linux), doubling the engineering team and adding technical documentation, program management and QA functions to the department.Reported directly to the SVP of Business Development.Worked closely with Developer Relations to re-design the Palm Developer Network (PDN) portal and program to attract and support new developers while retaining the most important Tier 1 and 2 partners.

In collaboration with Engineering and Developer Relations, created and updated every SDK and all documentation regarding the Handspring handhelds and first generation of smartphones. Led and program managed Handspring technical presentations in all PalmSource annual developer conferences.Grew the Handspring DTS group from a 1 person team to 8 people. Managed all the technical presentations and technical logistics of the Handspring Developer Conference.Helped control cost and scale during the company transition to the Treo smartphone by reducing the technical support staff to a minimum while still keeping the developer community alive and supporting the Palm Treo smartphone platform.Was awarded Patent # US 6,976,179 while working at Handspring

Managed the PC Codec Technical Marketing group of 5 people. Supported C-Cube's worldwide FAEs; set up, attended and manned trade shows (comdex, NAB, IBC...); reviewed technical documentation.Developed and program managed the release of a copy-protection scheme for C-Cube microcode based chip technology.

The first Field Application Engineer for the newly created sales office in Montreal.Technical support for all of the northeastern US and Canadian customers of C-Cube (ATI, Matrox, Avid, GI ...).Mainly focused on C-Cube PC MPEG/JPEG encoder/decoder business, but also supported broadcast encoder customers.

As part of the System/Architecture group at Videoway, helped develop and design their first digital set top box. Introduced the emerging MPEG technology in the Videoway set-top design.Managed our MPEG product requirements so chip manufacturers could meet Videoway's product features. Worked with set-top box manufacturers (Zenith, GI) to make sure the overall system was built and tested appropriately.
