As the J23 Branch Chief and IPJ2/JIOC Reorganization Lead Planner at the USINDOPACOM, I oversee the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance the readiness and capabilities of the joint force in the region. I am driven by the mission of advancing US interests and values, strengthening alliances and partnerships, and promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, having served in various leadership roles overseeing Department of Defense civilians, and US and Foreign military personnel. I am also a certified Scrum Master, with skills in agile project management, collaboration, and innovation.In my current role, I lead the planning and implementation of the IPJ2/JIOC reorganization, a complex and critical project that aims to optimize intelligence support and resources for the joint force. I apply my leadership and planning skills to facilitate the coordination and communication among multiple stakeholders, streamline the processes and workflows, and deliver timely and quality results. I also leverage my leadership and mentoring expertise to ensure J23 personnel provide superior intelligence support to the USINDOPACOM Commander, Staff, and Subordinate Commands.
