Datalytics is a customer engagement agency where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients in financial services, recruitment, retail and media. I started in Datalytics as a data entry clerk and was quickly promoted to data analyst after showing strong technical ability and attention to detail. I continued to grow as an important part of this analytics focused team until the company closed in 2017.My main role consisted of helping clients to turn their data into an asset. This usually involved: • Combining data from multiple sources to create a single customer view. • Checking for and amending data errors, inaccuracies and duplicate records.• Data mining to find interesting patterns and insights.• Reporting my findings in a clear and non-technical way to staff at various levels of seniority.
