CurrentAs a problem solver, work completely and accurately under time constraints and deadlines and communicate effectively, both in writing and in speaking, with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner. Track network system health by reviewing a baseboard management controller (BMC) that monitors the physical state of network servers and other hardware devices, communicate with the system administrator and support personnel to ensure proper determination, implementation and escalation of corrective action. Responsibilities include opening and tracking trouble tickets using SAP and Remedy software for various customers, answering incoming telephone calls, responding to network alarms and customer emails, and documenting/updating customer account data.
