This required me to strategically prepare the budget and ensure that all operations resulted in successful financial performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. Additionally, I managed a 605K sq. ft. facility with 48 employees.⇨ Developed physical inventory methods to account for over 1,100 different items. Attained 99.97% for on-hand accuracy without access to a WMS system, higher than the customer's requirement for facilities with WMS access.⇨ Created a safety culture that resulted in the facility having zero OSHA recordable incidents in my two years, and trained staff to perpetuate culture after departure. I was included in the client's celebration and achievement awards when the facility reached 1,000 days without an incident.⇨ DSC was awarded two additional facility operation contracts because of the success at this location.
