Managed the TMS engineering group of 6 engineers, 4 technicians, and 8 technical writers that developed interactive electronic technical manuals that were driven off signals that were measured off the vehicle under test. This decrease the time the mechanics need to troubleshoot and repair the vehicles by guiding them directly to the problem area. Designed and produced hardware and software to replace the Army’s CTS-ICE Vehicle test instrument. This design was based on the Lightweight Computer Unit (LCU).Based on this hardware platform eight electronically guided manuals were proposed and developed for the U.S. Army. This was the basis for today's electronically guided tech manuals industry.

Managed an engineering department of 15 people: electrical and mechanical engineers, board layout, CM, and document control. The department design MIL lap top PC's and smart display systems.Developed technical proposals

Managed 18 engineers and 3 technicians on design projects ranging from under water vehicle systems to Harbor protection CTFM Sonar, Collision Avoidance CTFM Sonar, Underwater Telephone, and Doppler Sonar Navigation system. Project Engineer and Software Engineer for Tandem Propeller System (TPS). The TPS was a remote control tethered under water vehicle system. The propulsion systems were two counter rotating, helicopter type main rotor blade assemblies. This allowed the vehicle to fly through the water and hover (hold station) like a helicopter.
