Managed the planning and execution of accredited training to 100 Iraqi police officers. Mentored ten senior Iraqi police officers and six american law enforcement trainers. Turned a struggling Baghdad river patrol training center into a functional, nationally accredited training academy, while increasing student throughput from 15% to over 200% dramatically improved the ability to protect critical Infrastructure and waterborne assets in five Iraqi provinces. Through daunting resourcefulness, acquired temporary living quarters at the training center and created requirements to substantiate over 1.4M for maintenance, sustainment and replacement contracts for the Ministry's 171 new patrol boats.
