Erin has worked in the hospitality industry since 2006. She prides herself on providing exceptional customer service and catering to people's needs with a team driven attitude. Erin recently rejoined P.F. Chang's China Bistro, a very familiar company she was employed at for six years. She has extensive food and beverage knowledge and is a passionate cook in her personal life. In addition to her employment at P.F. Chang's she worked for Fox Restaurant Concepts Inc. at True Food Kitchen in San Diego, CA. There, she gleaned a conscious for healthy food alternatives, allergen awareness, and seasonal/organic offerings prepared farm to table. While completing her Bachelor's in Organizational Management at Point Loma Nazarene University, Erin has complemented her learning with employment as a hospitality professional, strengths coaching, and has gained new skills to aid in career advancement. Attending PLNU has created a foundation for her drive of becoming a business leader to ultimately help others fulfill their purpose, professionally, and enrich their lives, personally.
