ALL launches accomplished with minimal/no disruption.Project management for Magna Corporation - launched quality systems in two new facilities to supply complete interiors to Dodge Journey. - Ground up development of supplier quality organization. - Complete revamp of AAR process including raw material change/re-qualification 4 months prior to launch - best launch ever at Chrysler with 85%+ approved prior to launch.Tower Automotive - quality qualification process revamp - added new inspection criteria for visuals. Re-focused SPC management to avoid shipping defectives.-KPI development for high volume consumer products (food) company, showing transferability of quality skills.

At Visteon, I managed customer quality expectations and created the reality of customer satisfaction within the organization. The balancing act between providing superior product to meet customer expectations and still be profitable was achieved through COPQ efforts. Won awards for Leading the Way in warranty savings of over $4 Million.
