The UQ Young Alumni Advisory Board (YAAB) is a volunteer opportunity for successful young alumni who embody UQ’s values, and live the “connect globally, think locally” mantra. The Board act as representatives at UQ, and they assist the UQ Alumni and Community Engagement team in delivering a wide variety of programs and events for the UQ Young Alumni. The YAAB are involved in much of the day to day strategy and operations, including hosting flagship events and programs, guest speaking at important functions, facilitating networking opportunities and creating valuable strategic partnerships for the UQ Young Alumni community.
