Currently serving as the western regional service BDM for both medium and low voltages including switchgear, circuit breakers, protection relays, and other active and discrete power devices. Additional responsibilities include interim marketing manager for ABB's modular protection and control in 2017 securing $20M in new business with PG&E. Over twenty year selling services to utilities and industrial accounts. As a BDM efforts we implemented Salesforce.com (SFDC) to track customers, opportunities, and service issues and relay this back into the business units. I work closely with sales and operations to develop competitive business offers. Foster and implement measures to achieve cost savings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Managed the sales through both direct and sales representative channels in the Western USA. Responsibilities include the management of sales opportunities for my division and for other Alpha Group businesses whole engaged in the electrical utilities, OEM's, engineering firms, contractors, and consultants. As the RSM I developed and implemented a sales plan, managed customer issues, influenced strategic product development, hired/fired sales representatives, and assisted the Alpha marketing group with tradeshows and marketing collateral. Markets for the Alpha products include power generation, substations, electrical utilities, transportation systems, communications, security, and other users with critical power requirements. Alpha Industrial Power, a member of the Alpha Group and a division of Alpha Technologies Inc (Bellingham, WA) provides innovative, industrial grade backup powering solutions through a diverse product line of large scale battery systems, chargers, and UPS systems.
