Develop and sustain profitable growth and increase market share for all Time Critical and Freight lines of business (LOB). Achieve LOB revenue and gross margin and other performance related targets. Manage and develop the Special Services specific product range in line with TNT Express divisional and business unit standards and targets. This will include direction and support for TNT Express International Business Unit Countries. Developement and Implementation of KPIs through performance management. Ensure cross functional cooperation and put in place processes from Special Services to Sales, Operations, Customer Service and F&A to enhance the overall customer experience.

Roll out and implementation of “New Mail Products” in the deregulated mail market under licensing from Postcomm. Develop and Implement processes for the consolidation of mail from multi-users for downstream access back in to Royal mail network for delivery to End Users.Manage and co-ordinate project communication between involved functions to develop balanced customer solutions.
