Observing the younger officials during games and assessing their strengths and weaknesses. This was a program started to help develop younger referees so that they first could learn the proper way of handling themselves as well as the game. This proved over time to help the league from a stance that games were managed better, and from all sides (players, coaches, officials, and parents) received a better experience from the sport because of it. We would have pre game, half time, and post game meetings with the officials to share what we observed and try to instill the positive habits.

Perform initial acceptance inspections for new commercial and residential elevators, chairlifts, escalators. Perform annual inspections on commercial elevators to ensure code compliance. Help educate business managers and owners on the inspection and permitting processes. Answer code related questions with construction superintendents, contractors and elevator technicians. Train new hires on the processes required during inspections, code competency and navigation, as well as Citizenserve (CRM) technology. Each trainee spent a total of 6 months training to become inspectors.
