With nearly 20 years of experience in the higher education field, I've had the privilege of leading our guest experience, enrollment recruitment marketing and financial aid areas of the university. I am most passionate though about empowering my team as they support each other and our students to achieve their academic and personal goals.As a Disney-trained leader, I apply the principles and practices of Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence to create a culture of excellence, engagement, and empowerment within my team and organization.
