GICI is the Canadian affiliate of Garforth International llc. (GIL), a consulting firm with offices in the U.S. and Belgium, which was founded in 2003 and is led by Mr. Peter Garforth. GIL has been offering energy planning services throughout the world since 2003. Over the past decade, the majority of GIL’s projects have included the same team of associates presented in this proposal.
