Responsible for a total of three technical areas within process engineering, lithography, wet and the thinning area. We are a total of 10 process engineers who are responsible for ensuring that the operators can perform their work efficiently and safely. We secure that the wafer forecast can be handled in our production. This means i.a. work with investment, commissioning and qualification of equipment. Work with continuous improvements in all technical areas.

My process team consisting of 15 members divided into two subgroups. The first consists of six Process integrators, working on the industrialization of new products and the sustaining of existing products released for production. The second group consists of nine process engineers, for which each has its own area of expertise, such as Reactive Ion Etching (RIE) / Thin Film, wet, grind & polish, measurement / analysis and lithography.
