I have been working in the non-profit sector specifically in youth mentoring programs since 2007. I am very passionate about working with teenagers & young adults and helping them discover the best version of themselves. I am always learning more about SEL (Social Emotional Learning) and love helping people discover tools to help them manage their emotions and relationships so they can find health and success. I love training people how to effectively mentor high school students so they can invest in the next generation.
