I manage a multi-national team that focuses on Endpoint Management within the Wabtec corporation. We use Tanium, Jamf, and Intune to provision endpoints, push software, deploy patches, maintain asset inventory, configure policy, encrypt endpoints, and provide a smooth end user experience while keeping Wabtec's assets safe.

Discovering solutions to hard problems is my favorite part of working in IT.SCCM- Architected Operating System Deployment (OSD) for Wabtec. Currently in use worldwide across 5 continents- Responsible for all 3rd party patches using the Secunia plugin- Created many packages and applications used worldwide- Managed rollout of new software worldwideProject Management- Secunia rollout for 3rd party patching. Presented different options with pros and cons to IT management and then managed the rollout- Multiple integrations of acquired companies. Managed portions of projects in multiple countries across 5 continents. Full PM responsibility for merger projects for sites in USA and Australia- PM for IT portion of opening of new offices. Locations include Brazil, Hong Kong and AustraliaIT Training- Responsible for training new Client Support staff.- Wrote technical documentation used by multiple IT groups within Wabtec- Mentored Client Support staff as they became leads- Trained IT staff to do Lync phone training at various Wabtec facilitiesEnd User training- Gave presentation to Wabtec Board of Directors about an IT initiative in October 2012- Trained multiple sites on use of new Lync phone system.
