I worked with US Cellular from 2000 through 2008; Locations include Boothbay Harbor, Farmington, and Waterville Maine. I was the primary handler of Blackberry and Windows Mobile Smartphone sales and support for the agent locations that I work with. I also handled day to day sales, customer service, and support for standard phones in a storefront environment. After working 8 years with US Cellular, I felt it was time to move on and explore what other options are available, as a result I began working for Northeast Security Systems in Wiscassett Maine as a full time dispatcher for corporate and residential alarm systems. Since my start with the company I have moved back to the Waterville area and began working for T-Mobile in Oakland. After three years with T-Mobile, I felt it was time to get back to completing my degree in information technologies. I enrolled as a student at Kennebec Valley Community College in the Applied Electronics and Computer Technology program. I completed my associate degree program in the summer of 2014 and am working towards my bachelors degree online at University of Maine; Augusta. I am hoping to find a position that will again match my skills in information technology backgrounds.Professional Experience:• A solid background in sales and customer service experience, both phone based and in storefront environments with companies such as U.S. Cellular and T-Mobile.• Contract engineering for companies such as Akamai Technologies, F3 Software, and Softkey International, as well as internal business IT positions with Lightbridge, New England Medical Center, and Stop and Shop building and installing networking and workstation equipment as needed prior to moving to Maine in 1998.
