At Windward Software we provide a best in class ERP program for companies that Sell, Service and/or Rent.As a Professional Services Manager at Windward Software from my home office in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, I develop project plans and training programs for clients in the United States and Canada. I have enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the countless different organizations we have serviced and helping them succeed at running their business more efficiently. I enjoy all aspects of the role and especially enjoy working with the heads of purchasing departments, as this is an area of the organization where we can impact immediate change, by helping them to order based off customer demand and sales history, not just guesswork. A typical client for us is a company coming from a software program that doesn't give them enough flexibility and options when it comes to pricing, invoicing, inventory management options such as cycle counting, and/or reordering strategies to name a few.
