As the Senior Engineering Manager for Veritone, I currently manage engineering operations across four software applications, contributing to an annual net revenue of approximately $10M. As engineering manager, I facilitate our Agile development process by leading various ceremonies such as sprint planning, grooming, standup, retrospective and review sessions. Through these processes, our team consistently achieves high levels of engineering engagement, surpassing company benchmarks. I also actively manage software service level agreements (SLAs), by implementing robust alerting, monitoring, and operational processes to maintain the health and performance of our software systems. Led engineering architecture and delivery of "Plan It"; a financial planning software which was responsible for managing over 115M+ of projected net revenue. This software managed individual team forecasts, supported consolidated roll-up reporting, and was used to forecast potential acquisition targets. Senior leadership stated that this software exceeded expectations of the organization.Led engineering efforts for software integration projects. This includes integration of an expense reporting system which handled electronic expense and mileage reporting for over 600+ employees. Also, built and managed ETL pipelines to support integrations.Designed, engineered, and managed several custom software applications to facilitate productivity.
