Building a team (within PAP), software (fakehunter.pap.pl + Chrome extension) and marketing campaign.:: Responsible for the engineering team delivering platform for public tenders willing to buy AI-powered / smart city solutions:: supporting public bodies in the preparation and implementation of the procurement process:: implementation of the amendment to the Public Procurement Law in the area of contests, which was aimed at adapting the procedure to ordering AI solutionsThe new procedure has been appreciated by commercial companies that have never participated in public procurement before, primarily because the competition participants compete on real competences (they present proof of concepts), and not promises made on paper. There is a minimum of formalities.Orders completed using the new method that I can highlight include: an application for identifying items in cargo transport across the Polish border; a solution for identifying irregularities in medical service reports (fraud detection class) and software for categorizing patent applications.

The Netcamp Foundation was established to strengthen the IT industry in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship through integration, knowledge exchange and enhancing soft and hard competencies.
