• Led a 5 person Equipment Technician (ET) team tasked with sourcing, purchasing, installing and validating 80 pieces of equipment for a new semiconductor wafer fab at a newly acquired plant
• Led the ET’s in liaising with engineering and operations, to establish process requirements and physical layout of the equipment to be purchased. The equipment had to be ergonomically friendly and it had to meet the.
• Meet with the ET’s on a weekly basis to review progress on their search for equipment and updated the action registrar accordingly. The equipment had to meet the user and design requirement specifications and it had to.
• Used MS Project to develop equipment installation plans and project schedules which supported corporate goals and milestones. Schedule Gantt charts were printed and posted on a weekly basis once the installation work.
• Generated a spread sheet with 1250 entries to indicate where equipment was to be located within the new manufacturing space and what facility requirements needed to be installed at each new equipment location
