About Robert Lauer

Recently joined the Dynamis Team as a Senior Exercise Analyst serving the federal government and other contracts. Previously a Continuity Exercise contractor (GDIT) for the Federal Emergency Management Agency National Continuity Program (FEMA NCP), providing logistic and administrative support for National Level Exercises (NLE). Before that, served as an Emergency Preparedness Analyst for the Senate Sergeant at Arms (GDIT), managing life safety and emergency preparedness programs for the U.S. Senate, providing emergency operations support, training program development and management, and exercise support in collaboration with the US Capitol Police and the Architect of the Capitol. Also provided expert technical services, threat and risk analysis, and support in emergency planning by creating, reviewing, and updating OSHA compliant emergency preparedness plans to protect Congressional Member offices, Committees, and Offices of the Senate. Retired after 28+ years as a police patrol officer, supervisor, and lieutenant commander for a large municipal agency in the Washington DC region.
