Compares identifying information and counts/weighs/measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading/invoices, or other records. Frequently check email for work-related correspondence. Create shipping labels prior to shipping.

Manage floor employees (3-6), provide excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of quality control, preparing end of shift/week reports, planning/coordinating of menus and discount schemes, taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, inventory management, make/serve drinks, help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

Responsible for the operation of company vehicles and equipment. Responsible for setting up/tearing down radio booth and completing event evaluations after each event.
