Sales ConsultantVoyles Cdjr Of Birmingham May 2020 - Jan 2021Birmingham, Alabama, United StatesI proudly served my customers on a daily basis for their vehicle and wants and needs. I sold new and pre-owned vehicles. I was fortunate enough to earn 85 customer's business over the span of 8 months. The most meaningful aspect to me is building the customer relationship, while at the same time understanding their wants and needs to then provide the best solution. I know I have done all of that successfully by receiving the highest customer feedback scores at my dealership in the experience surveys sent by the manufacturer. I created the "Community Giveback Program" for my sales efforts. For every car deal, I committed $25 to give to a local non-profit at the end of every fiscal quarter. My goal was to raise at least $1,000 for every organization. I did this because I want to impact my community positively, do something bigger than myself, and give myself more purpose.

I worked primarily with businesses, grade schools, colleges/universities, churches, and community events. My team either achieved our monthly goal or finished first in the district within central AL for 75% of the time I was in my position. For the many grade schools that hosted blood drives with me, I facilitated an educational program with the students to explain what blood is and the importance of donating when of age. For me to have been successful in keeping up with over 100 accounts that hosted blood drives with us throughout the year, I was very organized and time-oriented.
