Responsible for protocol development, implementation, and reporting of results. Key member of multiple project teams, spanning multiple scientific disciplines. Implemented and performed many in vivo models, including oncology (xenograft, orthotopic, metastasis and angiogenesis models), immunology (EAE, CIA, lung fibrosis, kidney fibrosis, asthma, lupus and ankelosing spondylitis), metabolic models (DB/DB, OB/OB, DIO), PK, hair growth and toxicology. Many of these models I developed and established at FivePrime. Developed and implemented a novel in vivo screening program in oncology and immunology models where we screened over 1000 individual ECD targets, resulting in multiple hits and adding to the company's overall drug pipeline. Inventor on multiple patents. Developed TVT technology, allowing for preliminary toxicology screening without the need to manufacture large quantities of protein. Developed the infrastructure for all of pharmacology reporting and data tracking from the ground up.
