In this role, my primary responsibility was to act as a bridge between the store and corporate teams and ensure the store teams were equipped to successfully execute the retail strategic vision. I was tasked with creating a monthly division-wide business planner that included communication to store teams and effective marketing/merchandising techniques. Additionally, I was the primary event planner and project manager of all retail events including pop-up shops, product line launches, celebrity photoshoots and large offsite events like CMA and Southern Women’s Show. I also was an integral member of the store launch team at Ole Red Tishomingo and Opry City Stage where I was talked with helping to create the retail layout, set up and merchandise new stores as well as train and equip staff to operate store in most efficient way possible while aligning with the Opry values. I also developed marketing collateral for all Opry retails stores including sign packages conveying Opry brand lifestyle story, provided administrative support, coordination and communication for the entire retail division

As assistant manager, my primary responsibilities included managing a team of associates to provide authentic customer service while striving to consistently meet sales goals, performing daily operating procedures including cash drawer countdowns and preparing bank deposits and handle all customer inquiries and grievances to maintain upmost quality of Ryman Hospitality brands. I also placed change orders to ensure a constant working cash flow and ensure safe and all tills stay balanced and created and executed staff workplace incentive programs to increase merchandise sales.

While working as warehouse lead, I was tasked with leading resupply flow, maintaining accurate product knowledge, and overseeing accurate inventory of more than $1 million warehouse supplying all merchandise to Ryman Hospitality’s six retail stores and all website sales. It was also my responsibility to conduct all warehouse employee interviews and manage hiring and onboarding process for new employees including development of standard operating procedures, best practices and employee guidelines. I also was responsible to oversee hourly employees as well as create work flow plans to complete all retail orders. Additionally, I was privileged to be able to travel with the "ABC's NASHVILLE" concert tours where I was directly responsible for all inventory management, sales and cashflow of all retail operations.
