I got involved with Mike Smith and his team when they came to do a Going Out of Business Sale for a company I was invested in. I was very hesitant and quite honestly against the idea. I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and integrity the managers and sales staff had for our company. The results were staggering. In speaking with Mike I decided to help out at a few promotions they were running and haven’t looked back. I am always proud of the custom approach the team takes to every unique business and their own unique market and management styles. I have also been impressed to see that we turn down business when we don’t think it’s a good fit. We are only interested in Success. And we only put team members in places where they will have a win. I love that. It’s amazing to always win. I have been involved personally in Cash Raising Promotions, Inventory Disposals, Relocation/Renovation Sales, Store Closings, Retirement Sales, Going out of Business Sales, and several consulting contract. I am proud to say we always leave the stores reputation in a better situation in the end, than when we started. My favourite moment of 2016 was when I was having lunch with the Vice President of a Big Box Furniture Chain and while we were talking over how happy and impressed we were with the results that our teams gave us, she just looked up and said ‘You love your life, don’t you?’ I do… Not every career offers that.
