After three decades at Morrison & Foerster, I became certified as a mediator and began my own strategic counseling and alternative dispute resolution practice focused on Proposition 65 and Environmental Law . In addition to serving as a specialized counselor and mediator in these areas, I continue to consult with and provide public advocacy for trade associations, businesses, local governments and non-profits.
