• Responsible for all aspects of land management in the Northern Louisiana, Mississippi (Black Warrior Basin), Alabama, and a 150 well multi-rig drilling program focusing on Antrim Shale development in Northern Michigan • Unconventional Experience: Involved during various phases of development from acquisition of leases, Unit formation, Operating, and Divestiture. Floyd Shale (Northern Mississippi and Alabama), New Albany Shale (Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky), Haynesville Shale (Northern Louisiana), Antrim Shale (Northern Michigan).• Accountable for $50 million annual land budget• Coordinated and managed over thirty field landmen• Prepared, negotiated, and reviewed various joint venture, operating agreements and contracts with industry partners• Conducted and managed due diligence associated with the acquisition and disposition of producing and non-producing properties• Provided business development support for new ventures in exploration projects and property acquisition efforts as well as asset disposition• Served as liaison between the asset team and other interal departments and state regulatory bodies• Ensured all extensions, delay rentals, shut-in and royalty payments were made in a timely manner
