North American Six Sigma Black Belt/ Lean Resource, responsible for improvements in Customer Delivery Performance, Lean Improvements, and Standardize work flows within the Commercial Services Business.Since the transition to Pentair, I have been apart of 3 Lean Transformation Planning Events, Stafford, Harlingen and our Pasadena facilities, and 2 Harris Lean Systems Creating Continuous Flow Events, Stafford and Harlingen, as well as 3 Pentair Flow events at our Pasadena Distribution and our Service Facility. Within my current role, I am responsible for ensuring the Pentair Integrated Management System Implementation across the Commercial Services group.

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I provided Lean Six Sigma support to USA's Mission Operations Division, utilizing DMAIC and DMEDI. I completed 2 projects, 4 Kaizen events, and 2 Tech Assists, resulting in savings, and control mechanisms for 2 processes, and development of the Technical Innovation Process for Flight Operations. Included my list of duties as a Black Belt was to mentor Green Belts and perform as a Green Belt Lead Instructor.ISS SPAN MANAGERI performed duties as a Certified International Space Station (ISS) SPacecraft ANalysis (SPAN) Manager. In this role, I provided engineering integration across all facets of ISS operations, as it related to Anomaly Resolution, and Mission Action Requests. REMOTE INTERFACE OFFICEAs a Remote Interface Officer, supporting ISS Operations as a liaison between MCC-Houston, and the International Partners, I provided an integration role for real time operations from the Mission Control Center in Houston. As a Houston Support Group (HSG) Russian Segment Specialist, and Back up Commander, I provided integration for real time operations and command capability for back up control center operations from the Mission Control Center in Korolev, Russia. I was responsible for the developement and management the Operations Interface Procedures document, which were operations agreements between all International Partners. I managed the Generic Volume, the Russia Annex, and was solely responsible for the operations integration for the European Space Agency Long Duration Mission.PAYLOAD OPERATIONS FLIGHT CONTROLLERAs a Payload Operations/ Assembly Operations backroom flight controller, I was responsible for overall Systems integration for all Shuttle Bay Payloads. Reporting to the front room flight controller, I relayed critical information for ISS Module status checks prior to assembly, and Payload bay equipment for non- ISS missions.

I provided an Engineering support function in the Engineering Development Laboratory. Operating as a Lab Technician, I was responsible for Testing multiple facets of each product. This testing included Performance, Stress/Strain, Destructive and Non-Destructing Hydrostatic Testing, and LIfe Cycle Testing. Additionally, I was responsible for the production of Engineering Prototypes from Raw material to Finished Prototype, working directly with our Manufacturing Segment. This work included welding, both Arc and MIG, Machining on a 3 axis manual mill, lathe work, and working with tubular products.
