- Completed grant applications with supporting documentation to secure $10M YTD through funding proposals, grant application narratives and budgets to finalize with development prior to submittal.- Formulated individually-designed treatment programs for male juvenile sex offenders to restore, maintain and improve physical functioning, alleviate pain and prevent disability.- Conducted annual performance appraisals for therapy staff, conferring with regional director on performance and merit reviews.- Established long and short-term goals for therapeutic services to encourage patient progress; reduced recidivism rates amongst residents/students by implementing functional-based programs on to improve quality of life.- Administered proper oversight of expenses, including overtime, productivity and staff utilization to optimize revenue and profitable growth.- Oversaw management of contract renewal with the Division of Juvenile Rehabilitation for the state of Washington, audited billing reimbursement and ensured resident rights were properly upheld.

- Counseled individuals suffering from drug abuse in both one-on-one sessions or in group settings.- Collaborated with HR team to determine organizational needs and filling open positions with the best therapeutic and clinical talent available as well as assisting with job post requirements to ensure a top-performing staff environment.- Provided play therapy activities and nonjudgmental environment for children to feel safe in disclosing personal information.- Educated patients on detox and withdrawal, medications, addiction, recovery, coping skills and community resources.
