The Dorm is a young adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offering comprehensive mental health treatment to young people ages 18-30 with locations in New York City, NY and Washington, D.C.
We offer evidence-based clinical therapies, practical life skills training, partial residential treatment and community support to help our clients in their pursuit of greater independence.
Our team of expert therapists and practitioners support our clients with tailor-made treatment plans that meet them where they are today - at home, at school, or out in the community.
Clients come to us with a variety of needs be that mental health, substance use or eating disorders. Other clients come to us with no fixed diagnoses and may simply feel 'stuck' and unsure of how to move forward with leading an independent life. Our holistic approach supports all profiles and needs.
