Based out of Washington, D.C. and Charleston, SC, he has over 20 years of experience consulting with law firms and corporations to create efficiencies and cost savings across a variety of industries including financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and healthcare during their most complex data discovery challenges.Bob has extensive experience designing and implementing discovery, data management, fact management, and data analytics strategies throughout full litigation lifecycles for clients' multifaceted investigations and litigations including Class Actions, Multi-District Litigations, Mass Torts, HSR Compliance, Second Requests, and False Claims Act (FCA) and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) matters.
