Created web based real estate database system for management of real estate business. Dynamic websites developed to XHTML Transitional.• Database contains half a million properties from property appraiser data for multiple counties and one quarter of a million property listings from the multiple listing service (MLS).• Parsed lis pendens (foreclosure filings) for generation of targeted mailings from multiple public county web sites.• Integrated web based contact management system which synchronizes with Microsoft Outlook and mobile devices.• Automatically fills forms and creates documents using Adobe Acrobat.• Created XML based data feeds similar to RSS to populate six public real estate web sites.• Generated GPS routes using latitude and longitude extracted from Google Maps (less accurate) or and county property appraiser (more accurate).• Developed using PHP, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL.
