Serving as the Business Financial Manager supporting the SPAWAR South Carolina Atlantic cadre of Business Portfolios. Assigned as a member of an Integrated Product Team, Competency responsible for coordinating all phases of budget, execution, planning & analyzation.

Assist individuals transitioning from the military to the private sector. Responsible for teaching a three day Department of Labor course. Course Material covers all aspects of the transition and job search process. Classes are taught throughout Europe on an average of 30 times a year with and average of 30 students per class. Professional training provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs at the National Veterans Technological Institute. The type of training supports all branches of the military and provide career transition training to approximately 50,000 workshop participants each year. In addition to training, I also provide individual career counseling, resume writing, and interviewing skills support to participants as time allows. By delivering comprehensive career transition services, this project provides our servicemen and women, the necessary career transition training resources to make a successful and smooth transition to the civilian job market.

Lead, develop, manage and support the day to day provisions of Resident Involvement and Community Initiative Program. Focusing on developing and implementing the entire UK East Regional Resident Involvement plan. Responsible to ensure optimum individual and team performance is achieved, to include by recruiting, develop and train quality staff. Motivate staff to achieve agreed targets and deadlines and communicate with staff through regular briefings. Deploy available resources in the most cost efficient and appropriate way and manage and monitor their performance. Lead the Resident Involvement Program for the UK East region by promoting resident involvement in specification and management of service delivery. Ensuring appropriate relationships are established and maintained through customer panels, resident and community committees. Making services accessible and responsive to customers/residents needs and represent the organization at external events/meetings.
